The Ethos of Eroica events is needed now more than ever — “The beauty of fatigue and the thrill of conquest”. Not just in cycling but in our daily lives. With painful news stories, exhausting banter on social media and the worry of a virus causing mental and emotional fatigue, as all cyclists know, the bike frees us and allows us to experience the thrill of conquest with every ride.
In this very difficult year, we are thrilled to share the news that, the event that started it all for us, will in fact take place in 2020.
Unfortunately, the L’EROICA event has been cancelled. But fear not! Along with our partner, we are happy to host a weekend on the Strade Bianche of the permanent L’Eroica route. We will offer two days of supported cycling, delicious meals and a place to rejuvenate sore legs in our Area Relax, heated pool and jacuzzi. Contact us for more information about attending this event with us.
It was also confirmed that EROICA MONTALCINO will go ahead on 30 August.
In addition to the famous vintage Eroica rides, NOVA EROICA, a premier gravel cycling ride & race on modern gravel bikes, will take place as already published, on 25 October, 2020. Registration is possible for this event through 30 September. BICI ITALIA is offering a custom week gravel cycling tour around this event. Space is limited, so express your interest today to hold your place.
