CANCELLATION + CYCLING POLICY

Effective December 1, 2024 for 2025 Season

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to 120 days from date of stay, refundable deposit less 15% Service Fee.

120 to 90 days from date of stay, 50% deposit non-refundable.

90 to 60 days to date of stay, 100% deposit non-refundable.

60 to 30 days to date of stay; 50% entire trip fees non-refundable.

30 to 0 days to date of stay; entire trip fees non-refundable.

Credit may be applied if rebooked within one calendar year of original booking.

RIDING POLICIES

All clients will be required to be covered by Travel Insurance.

All cyclists will be required to sign a release form.

All cyclists will be required to provide emergency contact information.

It is required cyclists bring their own shoes, pedals and helmet; checked in carry-on luggage in the event luggage is delayed.

It is requested cyclist wear/have on their possession personal identification.

It is requested cyclist disclose any known allergies or health conditions to ensure safety and protection of cyclist.

INSURANCE POLICY

To ensure a smooth travel experience and memorable holiday, Travel Insurance - that includes medical - is required. Primarily for our client’s benefit if they lose luggage with cycling gear, have flight delays/cancels, etc; the trip will not be hindered.
